Terms of Service

1. Contact

If you wish to contact us, please send an email to support@ikirite.com with your query and contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at support@ikirite.com.

3. Delivery

Order processing: we usually process your order within 24 hours. During campaigns and holidays, processing may take up to 48 hours.

Delivery: you usually receive your delivery within 2-4 working days. During campaigns and holidays, delivery may take longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Shipping: we offer free shipping for all orders exceeding SEK 600. For orders under and up to SEK 600, a shipping fee of SEK 59 will be added.

Shipping company: we typically use Bring and DHL.

If there are delays in delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: support@ikirite.com.

3.1 Unclaimed packages

If, as a customer, you do not collect your package within the specified time from the agent, the shipment will automatically be returned to us. To cover costs for return shipping, handling, and administration, we charge a fee of SEK 129. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

4. Prices

When you make a purchase on our website, you pay in SEK (kr.), which is the currency we offer.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, as a customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive an ordered item. You must notify us of your withdrawal via email and receive confirmation; otherwise, your return will not be valid.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at support@ikirituals.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the specific items being returned.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (with a broken seal) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products that have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service being commenced without the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and grievances

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

Any errors and defects should always be reported to support@outerrangeco.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.

If we cannot rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it is found that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reproduce the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
